说明INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON NUCLEAR POWER AND ITS FUEL CYCLE Salzburg, 2 - 13 May 1977 At the plenary session on nuclear power and public opinion, two Nobel Prize winners presented opposing viewpoints on the need for nuclear power. Prof. Hans A. Bethe, who feels nuclear power is needed in order to avoid an energy crisis, critically reviewed some of the arguments against nuclear power.
