说明The eighth preliminary assistance mission of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is leaving Vienna on 11 November 1961 for Chile, Colombia and Ecuador, to study the prospects of atomic energy developments in these countries and advise national authorities on the means and procedures for obtaining IAEA assistance in this development.
