说明Modern methods of prospecting for uranium are being applied in a number of countries and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna (Austria) is helping its Member States by technical advice and missions. It is also encouraging research on cheaper methods to recover uranium from low-grade ores and as a by-product from other mineral production. The 1969 technical assistance programme will give help in the development of nuclear raw materials to Chile, Ethiopia, Greece, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru and Tunisia.
