• ОписаниеThe fourth regular session of the General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) opened in Vienna on Sept.20, 1960. Delegates from 70 member states as well as observers from the United Nations, the Specialized Agencies and other international organizations are taking part in the Conference which is being held at the historic Hofburg, Vienna's former Imperial Palace.
