- ОписаниеDr. Pierre Louis Balligand of the Commissariat de l'Energie Atomique, will succeed Dr. Hubert de Laboulaye as Deputy Director General in charge of the Department of Technical Operations of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), its Director General, Mr. Sterling Cole, announced today. | Dr. Balligand is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique. He heads the Division of large research reactors of the French C.H.A4. and has contributed much to reactor development in France. Safety regulations © for reactors were one of his main preoccupations. Dr. Balligand will take up his duties at tho Agency early in April 1961. IAEA/1 March 1961/No. 770 please credit IAEA
