ОписаниеOn June 25 the IAEA held a Scientific Afternoon at its headquarters in Vienna. Speakers were Prof. I. I. Rabi, Professor Emeritus at Columbia University and 1944 Nobel laureate in physics (pictured here) and Prof. W. Haefele, Director of the International Institute for Applied System Analysis (IIASA). Professor Rabi's talk was entitled "Government, Science and Technology - Twilight of the Gods".
