ОписаниеThe Soviet Union and the United States of America have brought the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) into their joint water desalination scheme, provided for under the USSR-USA cooperation agreement of 18 November 1964. A joint USSR-USA letter, informing the Agency of their decision and a copy of the agreement concluded between the two countries were handed over to Mr. Algie A. Wells, Acting Director General of IAEA, at the Agency's headquarters in Vienna, Austria by Mr, Alexander I. Alexandrov, Acting Resident Representative of the USSR and Mr. Frank K.
