Descripción(EXBT:SP:EXPO). PAVILION ON The UNITED NATIONS AT The UNIVERSAL AND INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION (EXPO'67). UN 98943 MONTREAL, Canada, 28 April 1967. The Pavilion on the United Nations at the Universal and International Exhibition (EXPO'67) opened today in Montreal together with 62 national pavilions. The Pavilion is being presented under the auspices of the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA). It features the UN Charter on display, an exhibition on UN medals and insignia associated with UN Peace-Keeping Operations, a UN Family photographic exhibit, a UN Postal Station, an International Restaurant, a 330-seat cinema showing UN Agency film, an information Counter and an electronically controlled world map. With the aid of the map, UN guides explain to the public the activities of the UN and its related agencies and the work of WFUNA around the world.
