DescripciónAn arrangement was concluded on 8 April, 1963 between to UN Special Fund and the Yugoslav Government for carrying out a Special Fund-IAEA Project in Nuclear Research and Training in Agriculture at the Institute for the Application of Nuclear Research in Agriculture, Forestry and Veterinary Sciences at Zeum, near Belgrade. The Plan of Operations was signed by Mr. Eric E. Wars, Resident Representative of the UN TAB and Director of Special Fund Programmes in Yugoslavia on behalf of the Special Fund and Mr. Slobodan Nakičenović, Secretary of the Federal Nuclear Energy Commission, for the Yugoslav Government.
