الوصفThe seventh regular session of the General Conference of the INTERNATIONAL ATOMIC ENERGY AGENCY (IAEA) opened in Vienna on 24 September 1963. Delegates from 83 Member States take part in the meeting which is expected to last for ten days. Six eminent atomic scientists and leaders of national atomic energy programmes took part in a public panel discussion in connection with the IAEA General Conference. The panel was moderated by Mr. Henry Seligman, Deputy Director General of IAEA and chief of the Agency's Department of Research and Isotopes. From left to rights Dr. AR.
