He was also Chairman of the main committee of the International Conference on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage held from 29 April to 19 May 1963 in Vienn: | Born in 1918 in Drummoyne, N.S.W., Australia, he was educated at Fort Street Boys High School, Sydney, and Sydney University, where he became a &@ Bachelor of Law in 1938.
