The van in this photograph is a self-propelled mobile radioisotope training laboratory donated to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) by the United States Governments. It is currently on a tour of training establishments and universities in this country, at the request of the Government of México. Mexican professors and lecturers are using it as part of training courses in the techniques and applications of radioactive isotopes. Photograph was taken while the lab was en route to León, after being used for a series of highly successful lectures and demonstrations at the University of Guanajuato. L-2176/l0.
