Rabi, Professor Emeritus at Columbia University and 1944 Nobel laureate in physics and Prof. W. Haefele (pictured here), Director of the International Institute for Applied System Analysis (IIASA). Prof. Haefele spoke on "Energy in a Finite World: a Global System Analysis".
