الوصفAn international group of experts, appointed on a personal basis by the Secretary-General, U Thant, to “prepare a full report on all possible contributions of nuclear technology to the economic and scientific advancement of the developing countries” held its first working session at the headquarters of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna from 17 to 21 March 1969. Representatives of UNIDO, FAO, UNESCO and WHO were taking part. The photo shows the opening of the meeting at the IAEA's Board Room.
