الوصفOne of the major projects undertaken by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is a survey of the concentration of hydrogen and oxygen isotopes in water. The aims of this project are to study the circulation pattern of water vapour on a global scale and to measure the tritium concentration of rain water in different parts of the world which is necessary for the application of environmental tritium to local hydrological problems.
