Agency (IAEA) signed a trilateral agreement for the application of Agency's safeguards at IAEA's Headquarters a Vienna. Under the agreement which entered into force on 9 December 1970, the Agency will apply its safeguards system to materials, equipment and facilities transferred pursuant to the agreement betwe Colombia and USA concerning the civil uses of atomic energy of 9 April 1962 as amended on 24 February 1967.
