DescriptionEAST PAKISTAN #2 - Sampans with ballooning sails, and noakas with none (above) form part of the assemblage of 300,000 boats on the Ganges. Completion of canals being built under the Ganges-Kobadak Irrigation Project of East Pakistan may do much to relieve this congestion.
